michael jackson, goodbye

hey everybody,
i just wanna tell you my day
not a good day though
well i dont know its a good day or no cause i'm in the midday, dunno what happen in afternoon though maybe Al will come :) (no i'm just daydreaming)

anyway first thing in the morning, when i woke up, my aunt screams saying "OH MY HOLY CHRIST, MICHAEL JACKSON DIED!)
wow, i barely wake up and hear that news, i'm shocked but not too much.
then i phoned Amy, whose in US this morning and ask her about that news, she replied yes then i let her tell my aunt to not panic

it says that he died because cardiac arrest (even i dunno whats that mean) i make a conclusion that HE DIED BECAUSE OF HEART ATTACK, anyone please tell me what is cardiac arrest means?
